Wet coating

Wet coating is used mainly with products that cannot be powder coated (e.g., plastics) and/or where specific requirements are in play.

The wet coating takes place in three-sided stainless steel water wash spray booths. There are several options for wet painting. At Janssen B.V., we work with the following coatings:

• component coatings
• textured coatings
• baking coatings
• conductive coatings
• air-drying coatings
• reflective coatings

These coatings are available in various colours, gloss levels and textures.

With our paint-mixing machine, we are able to manufacture small amounts to client specifications.
