Powder coating

Powder coating has many advantages over wet coating and is therefore used more and more.
We have two powder coating lines in operation, one with a fully automated spray booth.
Both lines have their own specifications regarding length, height, width:

Powder coatings also come in a wide range of colours and systems. We specialise in the application of textures and metallic powder coatings. Depending on the application, Janssen B.V. distinguishes a number of key groups of powder coatings:

• Epoxy powders
• Epoxy-polyester powders
• Polyester powders
• Polyurethane powders

In selecting the most appropriate application, we consider:

• characteristics (type, form, etc.) of the object
• characteristics (type, properties) of the powder coating
• desired in colour variety
• quality requirements the coating must meet
• lot size
• automation

In consultation with the client, the most appropriate method is then determined.
