Chemical pre-treatment

Chemical pre-treatment differs according to metal type.

Steel:

• Applying an iron phosphate coating by spraying
• Applying a zinc phosphate coating by immersion into a series of baths
• Maximum product dimensions: 2,350 x 1,000 x 1,000 mm

Aluminium:

• Applying a chromate-free yellow Alodine coating by immersion in a series of baths
• Maximum product dimensions: 2,350 x 1,000 x 1,000 mm

Products are coated with an iron phosphate layer by spray degreasing on the conveyor lines. The maximum sizes for these products are:

• Large conveyor line: 3,000 x 900 x 900 mm
• Small conveyor line: 1,000 x 600 x 400 mm

With great care, your product is provided with a pure conversion layer.
